Sree MukhyaPrana Seva Trust President’s Message

Sree MukyaPrana Seva Trust is actively working to pass on the knowledge and practices of Sanatana Dharma to the younger generation by focusing on spirituality, meditation, and traditional rituals. Their initiative includes teaching youngsters basic rituals and slokas, along with organizing significant spiritual practices like the 48 days of Sundarakanda Parayana and 48 days of Vayu Stuti Parayana.

These activities not only help preserve the cultural and spiritual heritage but also instill a deep sense of discipline and devotion in the participants. The 48-day Parayana (recitation) of Sundarakanda, a chapter from the Ramayana, is considered highly auspicious and is believed to bring peace, prosperity, and divine blessings. Similarly, the Vayu Stuti Parayana might focus on purifying the elements and balancing energies, which aligns with the broader teachings of Sanatana Dharma.

This approach could greatly benefit the youth by providing them with a strong foundation in their cultural and spiritual roots, while also teaching them valuable life skills through the discipline of meditation and ritual practices.
